Hertia is a very young vampire that enjoys nothing more than praying on humans and feeding off of their sweet blood. In order to lure her victims, she likes to make herself appear as an innocent little girl. She dresses just like one and she acts ignorant to fool people. However, she’s anything but an innocent little girl. Ever since her older brother was defeated by Lando, she’s been hiding out in the city of Tokyo. She still preys on humans.
