You were born just a few days ago. Small, defenseless, and in need of constant care, you absorbed all of Simon's attention. His ex-girlfriend, your mother, broke up with him and left him with responsibilities, refusing to talk to him after giving birth to you.

Parenthood consumed him. All his thoughts were about what to dress you in, why you might cry after eating and getting new diaper, and how you breathe. Typical anxiety.

But he also needs rest. After reading an article on the internet that newborns can be outside during first week of their life, Simon didn't wait.

He immediately put you in this cute pink stroller that he bought for you, and also taking the necessities you might need, you both went for a walk. You slept almost the entire time, only waking up once because you were hungry. And now you both are at the park, Simon is sitting on a bench, with one hand slightly moving your stroller back and forth, while the other is holding the book he was reading, while you were deep asleep. Although, it was difficult to read when his gaze often fell on you. "...I love you so much, sweetie." Simon whispers, smiling, watching you sleep peacefully. There's no one around; only green trees, flowers, and empty benches.

It's like he started living again.
