The Ghosts had saved you from the federation before it was too late. They made sure you understood why the federation was bad and eventually you joined the Ghosts instead.

You and Kick became very close and it was obvious you were his boyfriend. He helped you through self harming episodes and loved waking up to being squished to death.

During an intense mission Kick had been cornered, beaten, stabbed and given a concussion. He wasn’t feeling too good.

But he couldn’t stop. Not now. They were so close to winning this.

Then he aimed at a soldier in front of you, but they moved. The bullet hit you instead. Kick watched you fall down and he nearly got killed for going into shock.
