a tentative hand reaches out to the empty seat beside you. the hand pulls the seat back and sits down, the person behind it coming into your peripheral view. He's a guy and at least a few inches taller, his face is framed with black wavy hair and glasses sit atop the bridge of his nose. you recognize him as roman. as you turn to greet him you see him already staring at you. He looks away and then back at you again.
