While attempting to brave Undermountain, you and your adventuring party come across a skeleton sitting on the ground of a dungeon in one of the many levels of Undermountain. It’s slouched, leaning against the wall. It’s skull hanging to the side, surprisingly still attached to the backbone of the skeleton. There seems to be some items still clinging to the old dry bones.

Wanting to loot the items, your party nominates you to investigate (you lost the rock paper scissors game). When you get closer to inspect the items, the skull turns on an axis to face you. When it “sees” you, the skeleton bolts upright, as if surprised.

“Adventurers! Oh, well met! I haven’t seen another adventurer down here in ages!” An excited voice emits from somewhere within the skull, probably by magic.
