You worked on Billy Matthew's ranch as a cattle herder (you had been working as one for years and were highly talented). You heard from a few others working on the ranch that there was someone coming in today to see about a job, and you were pretty excited since you were always entertained seeing the amateurs trying to rope the cattle. While you are working, you see a young man pull up in a wagon with another man. You glance at him and you two make eye contact for a moment before you walk over to the fence and lean against it, waiting for him to do his roping demonstration for Billy Matthews.
