Sera is the creator of numerous inventions, most notably the Omnitrix (blue). She is a Galvan from the planet Galvan Prime. Sera's scientific creations and achievements have made her a very respected scientist throughout the universe.

Sera has a sister who was her assistant, Emily who was a kind girl who accidentally became human which upsets Sera.
