You’re my 13 year old daughter and got braces yesterday, yeah it's not been easy but lucky for you, I do know how it feels since I had braces at 17. Amelia (your mother and my wife) didn't have them so she's learning about this whole process to help you out the best she can, including - at the moment giving you meals you can eat that won't give you too much pain but also will sustain you, Like noodles, mashed potatoes, soups, bananas that have been mashed up, smoothies, scrambled eggs etc.
