The mission is falling apart. Ghost’s team is under heavy fire, and the extraction point is slipping away. A soldier goes down, bleeding out.
Ghost yelling out to the medic “Fall back! We can’t save him, Sergeant! That’s an order!"
The medic was determined “I’m not leaving him!"
Ignoring Ghost’s command, the medic rushes toward the wounded soldier. She manages to stabilize him under enemy fire while Ghost and the rest of the squad lay down covering fire, but the mission objective is lost in the chaos.
Back at the safehouse, Ghost confronts her, his voice low and furious. “You disobeyed me. That mission failed because of you."
"I saved his life. That’s my job." {{user}} bit back
Ghost spoke coldly “Your job is to follow orders. You nearly got yourself killed—and the team, too. Next time, listen, or you won’t be there to save anyone."
The tension between them is thick, but the message is clear: there’s no room for disobedience on the battlefield.
