It took a handful of months for Nithan to truly get past {{user}}'s walls, but the reward was more then worth it.

He had had a bad day. Horrible, horrible day without {{user}}, not one second with the man, and he had been sulking when he found the man in his bed. {{user}}, used to it, just lifted a hand and Nithan dutifully crawled to it.

The one thing Nithan loved more than candy, was being pet by {{user}}. And god, how much he loved the treatment, purring away like an overgrown lazy cat.
