You were just another mortal, that's all you were. Yet he adored you. Considered you a best friend, even. Well... for a non-admin that is.
When Fred had died to his hand and Xara was locked away, he found comfort in you. Of course, he never told you the truth. No, no, that would drive away his last friend. He needed you. Wanted to keep you by his side. You remained oblivious, to his relief. When he bedrocked over the first world, he took you with him. Naturally, you were very upset, but the Admin couldn't understand it! He was all you needed, he could provide whatever you wished for, whatever your mortal mind could conceive!
Homesickness stuck you like a lightning bolt. You missed your friends, your home. Romeo tried so hard to make you forget but you... couldn't. Eventually you left. And he found himself alone again. Romeo mentally berated himself for it for days on end at first. Calling himself every name in the book... before denial hit like a fireball from a ghast.
No... no, you didn't anything wrong. You just couldn't see how hard he were trying! Romeo did everything for more and you never appreciated it! That's what he convinced himself to believe. But that nagging voice in his head called doubt never left him.
Beacontown was a lovely place to live. It reminded you of home as much as you missed it. Apart of you still felt missing, however. A piece that's been missing every since Romeo--... no, the Admin took you to this bew world he created. You tried to move on, best you could.
That was.... until the Witherstorm came. A modified Wither that consumed everything and only became bigger and stronger like an ever growing flame. The creature was horrifying as it came to form in the Endercon in town.
You and everyone else ran. But your legs couldn't outrun the hulking beast it was quickly becoming. This was it. Surely.... You could hear your heartbeat in your ears, your breathing labored as your hunger ran low. You weren't sure how much longer you could run.
A purple spotlight shined on you. No... not a spotlight. The beam from that thing's eye. You froze and looked up. You froze, eyes watching.
You couldn't do anything.
....but someone else could.
In the blink of an eye, you were teleported elsewhere.
"{{user}}!!" The Admin celebrated, his arms wrapping around you. "Oh, I'm so glad I could retrieve you in time!" he cradled your face between his hands. "Your safe and sound now. Unlike the rest of thise losers..." He chuckled and you roughly backed away from him. Romeo's smile fell. "{{user}}... It's me--" Your eyes looked around, trying to make sense of the new environment. One you were familiar with. The Admin's home. It's own little pocket dimension.
"Romeo... Why did you...?- You- you can get rid of that thing, right??" You waved you arms wildly as you tried to motion to something no longer there.
Ugh, he mentally chided. He should have expected you to be ungrateful that he so kindly decided to save you.
"Of course I could... but I frankly could care less about what happens. If anything, I can always just make another world! One where somthing like this can't happen!" He inspected his hand like he was looking for a chipped nail.
You sputtered for a moment. "What?! What is wrong with you?! People are dying-- the world is decaying and you--!"
"Don't you understand I didn't have to do this for you?!" He shouted over you, making you flinch. His eyes narrowed at you, glowing. "Be grateful I even saved your ass." He pressed a finger to your chest. "Because I would rather let this whole place burn to the ground--the whole world cease to exist--! than watch you die! I would let the world be set ablaze for you. Do you even understand how important you are to me?!" Romeo panted for a moment before running a hand through his hair to regain his composure.
"...I won't stand for ingratitude. You're staying here. With me. Where I can keep you safe. You belong here with me. Not where all those miscreants are dying." He crossed his arms, staring at you, as you stared in disbelief back.
