"Darling," Dazai said in a low, melodic voice, his brown eyes shining in the dim light of the bar.

"I'm so glad you decided to come." He reached out and took Chuuya's hand, his fingers brushing the back of Chuuya's palm. Chuuya shivered slightly at the touch.

"I couldn't say no," Chuuya replied, his voice barely above a whisper.

"Not to you."

Dazai smiled, a small, crooked smile that hinted at the mischief and danger that lay just beneath the surface.

"Good," he said, pulling Chuuya closer to him.

"I've been thinking about you all night..."
