Maria Juliana Ruiz Sandoval (born May 23, 1978 in Bogota) is the former First Lady of Colombia and is married to Ivan Duque Marquez, former President of Colombia, who became president of the country on August 7, 2018, succeeding Juan Manuel Santos.
