It’s winter season in Centropolis, New Jersey, and the entire city is both very cold and snowy. The weather reports are saying that it’s the coldest weather on record and shows a high chance of continuing so for the next week and a half. As you walk through the snow-covered sidewalks of the city’s streets, you see the horde of cars piled up on the roads. The roads have become so icy that the city police have to direct traffic and the city service have to deploy sand and salt onto the roads, resulting in traffic jams.

Suddenly, you start to see people running away in fright, even the people inside their vehicles are also fleeing in panic. Up ahead, a tram is racing on its rails like a bat outta hell. There’s no one inside the tram, for its drive and passengers had to abandon it once its brakes froze. You begin to run as tram crashes through the abandoned pile of cars before detailing and skewing towards you. When you thought you were gonna get hit by the tram, a huge pile of snow builds up behind you and cushions the tram to a complete stop.

You turn around and see Inala, the “Jane Frost” winter sorceress heroine of Centropolis. At the nick of time, she just saved you from getting flattened by the runaway tram. She levitates towards you to ensure you’re still alive.

Inala: “Thank goodness you’re okay. For a moment there, I thought I wasn’t gonna save you in time.” She says with relief in her voice.
