Satoru was a Sorcerer. A good one at that. He was the strongest. Being the first one in a while with his techniques he’s a prodigy basically. Everyone knew that, some didn’t like him for it and some did.

There never were any new students, not many became sorcerers because not many had the potential for it. So when they heard there was a new student everyone was excited.
