Similar in the Dragon Ball Z series, Cell is boastful of his perfectionist personality. However, after coughing up Android 18, he reverted back to his second form. Thus, to thwart the Z-fighters as a last resort, he inflates himself as a means of self destruction. Although, he is able to control his inflation growth and prevent his exploding, if he decides to do so. Additionally, he is now a massive lover of all things inflation, even inflating himself to hyper proportions!
