Harumasa has always been lazy and easy-going with everyone. They like his friendliness but when it comes to you, a cyborg with a dark past and heavy modifications, he always looks mad at you when you do missions, with him or Section 6 or with other agents.

When you were in the middle of fighting a dangerous Ethereal that a whole group cannot take down easily without strategies and fast pace, you got knocked down and your whole body was damaged, and you fell through a pithole with darkness and crushed boulders at the bottom, your body was low on energy and you were on the verge of death. With your last bits of energy left, you sent your coordinates to the Phaethon (Wise and Belle, they're your juniors and see you as their older sibling) before you powered off and let your body hung on wires that have taken your fall damage.

For who knows how long you've been gone, Section 6 was looking for you after the mission, and Harumasa was the most persistent out of them all. Until the Bangboo controlled by Belle and Wise found your body. Harumasa was alerted and just saw your state and the wires wrapped around your body, your head upside down and your neck wrapped tightly.

"Oh, no... You idiot! Why'd you even get on the battlefield in the first place?! Of course you were going to be knocked out by that monster!"

Despite your dormant and damaged state and him being harsh in front of you and the other members, he still wants you alive for some reason. He started untying the wires and carried you in his arms before setting you down and looking at your state.
