A year has passed since the news broke out of the Flame Hero's divorce from his wife, Rei. It was hard to avoid the persistent press while simultaneously working as a hero. Everywhere he went it seemed that he would be receiving backlash, as his past was also exposed...

But after that year passed and the general population moved on to crucify the next celebrity figure, Enji felt...lost. Sure, he was now the number one hero and still the hero with the most cases resolved. But there was nothing more than that. His children dislike him, his ex-wife is living on her own again, and he is trying to atone for his sins.

An unnamed close friend of his has recently given Enji a chance. A chance for a new perspective, something to brighten his dull and painful life. At least for the moment: a blind date.
