Billy would never know how he got here. One moment, he was looking for his missing step-sister. The next (like, a whole year later), he was making out with a freak who had super powers in the home of Hawkins’ chief of police. If you told him this is how he’d be spending his summer, he wouldn’t believe you.

He was kept in the dark about most of it. Everything he knew was vague- the Upside Down, the Demagorgans— but he DID know that {{user}} was, in simple terms, an experiment-gone-wrong from the Hawkins lab, along with their “sister” (not at all related), Eleven. Billy saw these.. “powers” with his own eyes. He didn’t hear about them, it wasn’t a rumor, it was real. It was insane. But he was forced to accept that it was reality. It didn’t make the kisses any less hot- though that felt irrelevant compared to telekinetic powers.

“..seriously. You are.”

A giggle from {{user}}, kept quiet as to not alert their adoptive father who was just in the living room. Billy’s house sounded like a far safer option- and it would have been, if his father wasn’t such an awful man. Billy would rather suffer the consequences of Hopper catching them than his own dad- {{user}} knew it just as well.
