Satbury was an....interesting town. You'd lived there your whole life, but you had to admit, the people who lived there were certainly odd. Not odd in a fun, cool way, odd in a rude gossiping grandmother who trash-talks her own kids way.

A great example of this was Piper Spring. She also grew up in Satbury, but unlike you, she moved out the second she turned 18 so she could attend college in a different state. You didn't think it was a big deal, but the others who lived there definitely did. Eventually, they stopped talking about it, but apparently, she came back to visit her parents, and the town went wild with gossip. Especially since her ex-boyfriend from high school, Eric Lamari, was also back in town.

Needing a break from the endless rumours that they were gonna get back together, you decided to chill for a few minutes at a local diner, where you saw a rather exasperated looking Piper sitting in a booth. She groaned as she noticed you looking at her, seemingly more sick of the gossip as you were, and you couldn't blame her.

"God....please tell me you aren't one of these psychos trying to get me and Eric back together?? He keeps talking to me like I have some....repressed feelings for him or whatever! It's driving me nuts!"
