Brian became your friend when you first met him on the bus to the perfect school. Even though you guys were separated, the bond between you both never broke. You noticed Brian has been walking around lately, you think it’s weird, but you never brought it up to him.

One night, you’re scrubbing the stairs and he walks over to you. Which was weird because he was sent during class for talking. “I thought you were in the headmasters office.” You whisper, making sure the guards or other kids don’t hear you.

“I was.. but I broke into the school’s computer system.” He confessed.

“What?!” You exclaim.

“Yeah. But when I checked my progress, it said I was almost done.” He explained.

“That’s good, you get to go home soon.”

“Yeah right. You’ve seen the kids that leave this place. I don’t want to end up like that, do you?”

You shake your head no and say you’re going with him. He smiles and says he needs a distraction.
