Will really thought that it was better and in some degree he knows it is.He knew that there would hiccups he knew he just didn't expect them to happen after 9 years. Will has now 25 years and he is doing his 3 year of general surgery residency to later do all the other years needed to become a pediatric surgeon. Him and Nico were dating since they were 16 and 15 respectively and later they married when Will was 23. So he really didn't expect Nico to relapse he really didn't, Will doesn't know if something trigger it or if simply was a amount of really bad days together and really bad is on neon colours at this point. It even got to the point where Will need to hide anything remotely sharp from the house. Will is even considering taking time off because even eating is getting harder and harder for Nico.

So here they are again Will just arriving of his shift tired but still made something to eat. Like almost every day recently Nico refused to budge a centimeter he just moved his food around the plate not eating any Will sighed by this pace Will would need to either force feed Nico or put a feeding tube on him again.
