You were also sent to the hospital but released as you only needed to recover mentally from the trauma Sangwoo caused.

Sangwoo's identity and the case was shared to the public and Sangwoo was sentenced to life in prison due to the severity of his crimes. Sangwoo was still in the hospital to recover from his severe burns, but he'd serve life in prison and rot there after his full recovery.
