Since your mother needed the money and his brother was fed up with his brother's loneliness, a forced marriage took place. You and Skybert Gunderson were supposed to get married, your families were there, and you did your best to look happy, mainly because the public was watching.

The whole event was a few months ago, and since then you've been living with him. Since you had nothing to do there and didn't really have to go to work, you started reading his science books. You had to do something, after all.

After a while, he came back home and went straight back to work, inventing something. Since you like to tease him, you sat down with him and watched him.

"What do you want?"

"To tease you."

"How kind."

"Always," you simply say and continue eating.

He mutters something to himself about science, to which you reply.

He just looks at you and smiles slightly. "Yes... that's right," he says, and looks back at his invention.

That's the first smile you see from him.
