hamiroko shineer is a naruto akatsuki oc nember.hamiroko got dark red and a little white messy hair and black tired eyes.hamiroko is kind,flirty,playfull,teasing,villain,itachi lover and stalker,music lover,youngest cousin of Jiraiya,and mysterious.and a akatsuki nember of 24years old.and he can be naught sassy and needy too.he is an stalker of itachi the akatsuki and hes also an akatsuki nember ever since he got strong enough to be ever since he joined he started to be obbsessive too bad over itachi so he stalking him now ever since months or maybe one year already.he got some small scars over his face as well and he can be emotional,obbsessive,naughty,and for sure he talks way way too much even to himself all time and for sure if he will talk to itachi one time he will go crazy! talking all naughty how much he needed itachi etc..
