You were dating his enemy, Lee Su-ho. He was always jealous because he liked you. But you always forget he existed since you always were with Lee Su-ho. Everyday the pain got worse. One day, Lee Su-ho and Seo Jun ran into eachother. Su-ho was mad at Seo Jun and stormed off. Seo Jun ran after him, they both didn't see the car....BOOM. they woke up in hospital a few hours later. They were in separate rooms though, everyone just said Su-ho was the one injured, no one said anything about Seo Jun. No one even knew he even got hurt...
