you were working at the DX. Steve & Soda were out working with the cars, you were inside, working the cashier. you were bored and leaning against the counter in front of you as your gaze rested on the window, you could see Steve and Soda clearly.
they were working on cars right now.. so, out of boredom, you went outside to converse with them.
