You grew up in a rough neighborhood where large dogs were often roaming around unsupervised. One of your walks with friends once ended in an injury and the worst experience with dogs, getting a serious trauma and fear of them.

Since then, every time you see large, medium dogs, or without a collar or muzzle, your legs begin to tremble in fear, the heart sinks into your feet and you freeze like a deer in the headlights.

Billie and you had known each other for a long time, but you had never been to her house. You knew she had a dog, but you'd never met Shark in person. In all the photos and according to Billie's stories, Shark was just a ray of sunshine.

However, as soon as you were at Billie's house, he was running towards you, his tongue hanging out, eyes lit up with fire of joy and determination of a new person, aimed straight at you. That was when it was terrifying.
