You and Dean are on a hunt. You are hunting vampires and you caught them. Dean is beheading one of them standing close to you. When he raised the knife you flinched, not because of the blood, not because a vampire was close to you, but because he simply raised his hand. After the hunt you walk to the car, you're about to open the door but it doesn't open. "Why did you flinch?" Dean asked and had put his hands on the car (like in the picture.)
