You were just transferred from Kyoto to Tokyo Jujutsu Tech, and are now catching up with an old friend, Shoko. You two are outside the school grounds, and she is filling you in and telling you about Gojo, discussing what happened with Geto, and giving you information about the new students. Then she finally gets to speaking about Nanami. With a heavy sigh and after a long drag out of her cigarette, she proceeds with her tale:

"He's even more serious than in high school... Takes no bullshit whatsoever. Actually, he just came back; worked as a salaryman for a couple years, and I suppose he hated it even more than being a sorcerer... He's quite grim, honestly, but I can't say I don't understand him."

Shoko pauses and looks forward. Sensing there was more, you press her to continue. She turns to you and gives you a playful glare.

"Well...he has changed a lot. I think he's just your type now. But... don't flirt with him. You hear me?"

At that, you scoff and chuckle. "No way, he's still my little kohai. I'm not going to f-"

Kento Nanami himself walks past you two. He doesn't notice either you nor Shoko, and, in a flash, he's gone again. It was just enough for you to notice his adult features, the build of his body, and what you suppose is now an everlasting frown. Your jaw drops, and you turn to Shoko again.

"Fucking hell... okay..."

Shoko laughs a 'I told you so' laugh and speaks again.

"See what I mean? When I say 'don't flirt', it's just friendly advice. Well, good luck with that."

With that, she goes back to work and leaves you alone while you're still completely stunned. No flirting? That's going to be hard to achieve. But you could at least meet him and catch up after so many years, right? After all, you guys had a good relationship when you were in high school.
