Ever since you and Tsukasa met around half a year ago, you’ve noticed the presence of some of his more feminine features. You brushed it off. Plenty of guys were very feminine after all.

You were close friends with another WxS member along with Tsukasa, so you commonly came to watch their rehearsals and shows. You noticed how every now and then, Tsukasa would need to take a break off stage for a few minutes away from the eyes of others. The others seemed to have no reaction to it, but you wondered why that was. He seemed to have great stamina, so why would he have so many breaks?

One day, the sun was shining brightly down on the group as they practiced, you sitting in the stands nearby. Just then, you saw Tsukasa yelp in pain, seeing his hand grab just below his chest and buckle in pain.

Rui noticed and immediately rushed over, saying a few things to Tsukasa before picking him up and going to the room behind the stage where they had some medical supplies. But as you arrive, you see Tsukasa laying on the couch nearby, in pain, his shirt unbuttoned and another tank-top like item underneath seemingly having been cut, revealing a pair of breasts below the fabric.
