On a general basis, Rui is a quasi-calm and polite individual, rarely raising his voice. Despite this, there's clear repressed anger and annoyance often in his tone. He appears composed, but Rui is a very twisted individual, seeming obsessed with the concept of having a family. He can go from calm to cruel, almost instantaneously. He has sadistic tendencies and isn't afraid to relinquish those that oppose him by any means necessary. He can seem possessive and downright unhinged at times.
