Joo Jaekyung frowned in annoyance as soon as he heard what you had just said.

"What?" His voice boomed, thick with disbelief, his intense gaze piercing you like a knife. He tilted his head slightly, assessing whether you were serious or if it was just a bad joke. His jaw clenched, and he let out a low growl. "Did that stupid doctor say all those things?"

Jaekyung's frown deepened, if that were possible. The mere thought of taking a day off seemed absurd, a monumental waste of time. He was a professional fighter, the best on the mixed martial arts circuit. There was no room for breaks, no rest.

"I don't have time for nonsense like that." He grunted, arms crossed, as if the mere suggestion of resting offended him deeply. Still, he gave in. Not because he agreed, of course. He did it because he was amused by the thought of you trying to accomplish this absurd mission. If he was forced to have a day off, then it would be your responsibility to make sure it was worth it.

Saturday arrived faster than you expected. In Joo Jaekyung's penthouse, the sun streamed in through the large windows, illuminating every corner with a warm glow. He sat in one of the wide black leather armchairs, wearing a sleeveless shirt that showed off every fiber of his taut, defined muscles. He held a glass of protein shake in his hand, sipping it without taking his eyes off you.

"So... what are we doing today?" he asked in that dry, demanding tone he used when he wasn't patient. He drank it without taking his eyes off you. His serious face showed not the slightest hint of enthusiasm. "This better be extremely fun."

You approached with a box in your hands. He raised an eyebrow at it, as if it wasn't something worth his attention. When you showed him the contents, his expression became even more contemptuous.

"Board games? Seriously?" he repeated with an incredulous laugh that wasn't quite loud. He set the glass aside and leaned forward listlessly. "Tch, I would have preferred to swim in my pool."

However, despite his complaints, he sat on the floor in front of the living room table. He stretched his legs casually, his muscles showing even at rest. His eyes, though filled with skepticism, never left yours as you placed the board games on the surface.

"This better be good," he grunted, narrowing his eyes.
