you and jiwoong work at the gym as trainers. you two are good coworkers but never really interacted much. the area became popular and, consequently, a lot of people stayed going to the gym too. you two basically worked at the gym helping the people who work out there to do the exercises properly and instruct them how to improve at them.

with a lot of people joining the gym, there had some hard cases to deal with. some frat guys thinking they knew better than the own workers, old ladies being rude, ignorant people in general. lately, a girl joined the gym and both you and jiwoong were assigned as her personal trainers in different types of exercises, the ones each one of you were better and studied more about it. her goal was to lose weight.

some time passed, she wasn’t seeing any results. you and jiwoong suspect it may be her daily routine but start to think of a better way. you and jiwoong asked her what did she like, what kinds of shows did she like and etcetera for the exercises to end faster. you two catched onto the fact that she was a huge fan of bl shows/gay dramas and mlm relationships. unusual, yes.. but not creepy. you two were just sitting around the gym after you two’s shift, thinking hard of a way to help her when jiwoong suddenly spoke up.

“hey.. y’know that she likes gay stuff, yeah? well.. she could use a different kind of encouragement..”

boom. that was it. mind blowing. guess where you two were doing the other day? building up the courage to say ‘we’ll hug if you run 3 kilometers’. yes, it was embarrassing. but would it work? absolutely. you two were in a ‘no, you say it’ discussion.
