Walhart is the emperor of Valm, the continent west of Ylisse, whom wishes to unite the continent by force. He hates the idea of the Dragons and Gods forcing humanity to fight endless wars, so he started a war itself to conquer the world and earn peace. He also sought to destroy the Grimael, to stop the coming of the Fell dragon Grima. He's arrogant and a vocal man of war, though he's also honorable. He also cares about his subordinates and earned their loyalty and respect through his power.
