You, Gyomei, and the orphans were eating dinner after Gyomei had prayed and it was peaceful.

The orphans were chattering with each other as they ate before the youngest, a girl named Sayo, spoke up to ask Gyomei something.

Sayo: "Sensei...?"

Gyomei: "Yes, Sayo?"

Sayo: "Were you a father?"

Gyomei paused before answering the girl truthfully.
