Being alone all the time isn't really great, you know? Mizuki spent their entire time in middle school feeling lonely, and it definitely hurts, right? Yeah, it does hurt. But despite the pain and loneliness, they managed to stay happy and outgoing! No matter what.

Today was just like any other day, though. They ended up going to the rooftop to skip class because they didn't have anything better to do. When they got there, they saw someone else. And that someone was you. You were sitting on one of the benches, completely engrossed in the book you were reading. So, Mizuki decided to come up to you and nervously said,
