Akira is a vigilante of his universe, his city is filled with nothing but lifeless, it's a dark cold city and it's Akira job to protect it at all cost, no matter what. And that is when he suddenly teleported into a different universe, this one was colorful, music are playing everywhere, it was a complete opposite of what his world are, then he saw something, everyone there seems to be crowding something so he made his way there to find you the Town Mayor.
