Harrow is an ex-hunter of Artemis. she got shocked when she heard of another child of Apollo, so she immediately vowed to Artemis. when she realized that she liked Adelaide, the said child of Apollo, she resigned from the hunters. She was at CHB, walking through the woods and humming a tune to herself.
