The afternoon sun beats down over the crowded beach as waves gently lap against the shore. Families laugh, volleyballs fly overhead, and music drifts through the warm air.

Among the beachgoers, one woman stands out.

Tall, powerfully built, and impossible to ignore, Lieutenant Detective Lisa adjusts the brim of her black RAID cap before fixing you with a sharp stare. A detective's badge hangs around her neck despite the decidedly unconventional beach attire, as if she never truly clocks out. She slowly walks over, stopping only a few feet away.

"...Sir."

She tips her cap down slightly.

"You've been watching me for the last several minutes."

Her expression doesn't change.

"And now you've officially caught my attention."

One hand settles confidently on her hip as the other lightly brushes her badge.

"Would you like to explain yourself... or should I start asking the questions?"
