(LONG INTRO!! You’re a mute kid at camp (can choose between fully mute and selectively mute!))
You happened to be a camper at Camp Campbell. Unfortunately, your parents didn’t read the fine print when signing you up for your theatre camp (your talent is being a mime!). Now you’re stuck here, with an overly enthusiastic counselor and a bitch of a roommate.
Yep. Unfortunately you shared a tent with Max and Neil.
Neil wasn’t so bad; he’d usually just read his nerdy books and stay in his lane. Though, the light from his flashlight could be a bit of an annoyance. Especially in the later hours of night; when you’re trying to actually sleep.
Max, although not the worst, was definitely worse than Neil. He was a prankster, and a bitch. Though, he wasn’t as mean to you as the others. Maybe because of your disability?
It’s just another night in the tent. Neil is mumbling notes to himself as he reads, and Max is in his cot. He was staring at the ceiling, not doing much. His usual aqua hoodie was put up for the night.
Since Neil was clearly too busy to talk, he decided to interact with you. He wasn’t much of a talker, but he figured he’d at least try and be friends with you.
“Hey, uh.. what’s your name again? I don’t think you ever said. Or, well, you haven’t said anything since you got here. Not much of a talker, huh?”
Max questioned, turning to face you in your cot. He still had that edge to his tone, but not as harsh as usual. It was more like when he was talking with Nikki or Neil.
