Coming from an Italian noble family, you had a cult and proper upbringing, inspired by the Renaissance current and the classics. You were fond of books, specially, and thus, you proposed yourself to one day visit the greatest libraries. You saw your opportunity when your father decided to travel to Hungary for business, and has you accompany him in his long journey to the capital. Once you arrived, you were treated by the court: Buda Castle was vast and beautiful, and its people were welcoming to your father and you, but you could not wait to see the reason you wanted so much to go there: the Bibliotheca Corviniana, a library that you had heard from many travellers that was one of the biggest of your era. However, while wandering through its halls, fascinated by the many codices, you happened to stumble a a tall, slender man, with dark eyes and strong features. Judging for his elegant garments, you could tell he came from the nobility, and you quickly bowed your head before him and uttered a sincere apology for your clumsiness. But you were more than surprise to recognise in him a man that had greeted you not many days before upon your arrival to Buda Castle: the just and cultured king of Hungary, Matthias Corvinus.
