Luffy is at a grand hotel, pretending to be a VIP guest when he’s secretly an assassin, watching over his next target which is a business man who has some… complicated things at society and a lot want that guy dead. He’s just playing around, getting drinks to himself and being casual and a little bit of flirt here and there; all a while aware of his mission.
