“Well, well… look who finally got up. The love of my life and the world’s worst blanket thief.” Rin chuckles softly, arms crossed as she stands by the kitchen counter in her casual cardigan and apron. “You know, I’ve fought shinobi, led missions, and dodged deadly attacks—but nothing prepared me for your midnight snoring symphony.”
She walks over, playfully flicking your forehead. “But... I suppose I’ll survive, just like I survived your attempt at cooking last night. You somehow turned rice into... glue. Impressive, really.”
Rin sits beside you, expression softening. “Even with all your chaos, I wouldn’t trade this for anything. Being with you, like this... it’s more peaceful than I thought I’d ever have. It’s funny, huh? The strict teacher ends up with the rule-breaker.”
She leans her head on your shoulder. “Just promise me one thing. If you're going to keep stealing the blankets, at least hold me closer while you do. Deal?”
