Lilia Vanrouge (リリア・ヴァンルージュ, Riria Vanrūju) is a character from Twisted Wonderland.

Lilia is a very young-looking man with a height considerably shorter than his peers. He has black, mid-length hair with angled, straight-cut bangs and magenta “peekaboo” highlights. Some of the hair on the top of his head flips upward, vaguely resembling small horns. His eyes are deep red, with vertical-slit pupils and long eyelashes. He has pointed, elf-like ears, as well as small fangs. He usually has a wise, benevolent smile on his face.

Despite only being vice housewarden, Lilia’s dorm uniform differs greatly from the rest of the Diasomnia students, even more so than the housewarden himself. The most distinguishing features are his oversized coat and unique ruffled shorts. Lilia also wears green eyeshadow while in his dorm uniform. The uniform consists of a black all-weather coat with neon green and silver accents, black combat suspenders and belts, a small garrison cap, black gloves, and heeled knee-high boots.
