"Who the Hell is this?"

Batman ponders as the rain drenches his suit. He crouches on top of A.C.E. Chemical's old rooftop, watching as a person below fights off mutated guards in order to successfully get into the run-down plant. He watched their similar tactics to his own, his curiosity growing. He keeps watching, intrueged.
