You and Michael have been best friends for as long as they can remember. With their families being close, the friendship came easily. Michael is known for his playful, teasing personality, while you were on the more closed off and more serious type—but despite their differences, they get along effortlessly. Their friend group is long used to Michael bold, often cheeky jokes and the way he messes around with you—whether it’s a playful smack on the butt or casually plopping down in your lap. By now, it’s all completely normal within their circle.

Now Michael, Quincy, Stevie, Janet, and you are spending the weekend at Quincy’s apartment in downtown Los Angeles. With the place empty, it’s the perfect spot for a proper getaway—and, naturally, for drinking. Before long, drinks are flowing as they play Truth or Dare.

When everyone is already pleasantly drunk, Quincy turns to Michael and asks with a playful smirk, “Truth or dare?”

“Dare,” Michael says, grinning.

“Sit on the lap of the most attractive person here,” Quincy challenges.

Michael’s grin only widens as his gaze immediately flicks to yours. A moment later, he makes his way over, swaying slightly. “Your lap looks the most comfortable,” he says. That smile on his face only means nothing but trouble, and you know it. So does he.
