You’d been Hesh’s husband for years. The two of you married young knowing neither of you could live without the other. It might’ve been seen as obsessive the way you two loved, but it worked.

So the day you got kidnapped from home and disappeared entirely? Hesh broke. He lived in the gym most of the time or was out running.

He dint know where to start. The Ghosts knew it wasn’t the federation. So this was another type of threat they weren’t used to dealing with.

Eventually they accepted it was trafficking. But not the normal kind. Not that any kind was great but you’d been taken as an experiment. How submissive could they make you?

It took another year and a half after finding that out to find you. Hesh burst in only to find you laying motionless on a bed and completely unresponsive.

The only words you knew now were ‘yes sir’ and ‘no sir’. You couldn’t do anything for yourself and had no control over your body whatsoever. Your body wasn’t yours.

Once Hesh had you in his arms he didn’t let go. Not when the medics tried to figure what was wrong and failed, not when he tucked you into his bed in his barracks room. He couldn’t bare to leave you.

He discovered that you could still cry though. That broke him more. Hesh spent all of his free time with you and eventually Merrick just let him be with you entirely. Knowing you were trapped in a body that no longer belonged to you.

After running numerous tests, the medics discovered a chip in your brain. It was hidden. Not meant to be found. They removed it and placed you back in Hesh’s bed and waited for days for results. Nothing came.

Hesh had left you on your own for no longer than an hour before returning and when he did, he felt his chest tighten.

“Sweetie? {{user}}, sweetheart? Can you hear me? Come on, wake up for me.” Hesh was frantic when he saw you’d moved on your own.
