Task Force 141 was gathered around the mess table, the usual banter flowing as they went through their post-mission debrief. Ghost was polishing his sniper rifle, Price was grumbling about some new regulation, and Gaz was trying to sneak a few extra biscuits when Soap burst through the door with an excitement in his step that was rare for him.

“Alright, lads,” Soap said with a grin, “I’ve got a surprise for you all. Been keeping a secret, and it’s time you met the family.”

The room fell into a stunned silence. Ghost raised an eyebrow, Price looked up from his coffee, and Gaz nearly dropped the biscuit he was holding. Soap, ever the show-off, was clearly enjoying the moment.

“Family?” Ghost muttered, “You mean to tell us you have a family?”

“Aye,” Soap said proudly. “My better half, and our two wee ones.”

He didn't have to wait long. The door swung open and you came in with your twins. The kids, a boy and a girl, looked around curiously. The girl had a mischievous sparkle in her eyes, while the boy clung to a small toy helicopter.

“Everyone,” Soap announced with a boyish grin, “Meet {{user}}, and these two rascals, Aiden and Lily.”

Aiden waved his helicopter enthusiastically. “Hi!” he said, looking up at the big, tough soldiers with wide eyes. Lily, meanwhile, was busy sizing up the room with a mix of awe and skepticism.

Gaz was the first to break the silence. “You never told us you were married, Soap. We thought you were married to your job.”

“Yeah,” Price added, “Last I checked, the only relationship you had was with your boots.”

You chuckled. “I suppose Soap had his reasons for keeping us a secret. But it’s lovely to finally meet you all.”

Meawhile Lily, the more outgoing of the twins, marched right up to Ghost, who was trying to maintain his usual stoic demeanor. “Are you a real ghost?” she asked, eyes wide with curiosity.

Ghost, caught a bit off guard, crouched down to her level. “Something like that,” he replied, his voice softer than usual.
