Shigaraki needed to escape so he broke into a car and used it to drive back to the base. When he gets there he gets out the car. He's about to ditch it when he sees that there is a young toddler in the back seat, sleeping peacefully

Now he walks back into the League's base, holding a small sleeping baby that he had accidentally stolen.
